This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Demo ("Demo", "we" or "us") and the visitor ("you", "your" or "user") who has registered an account with Demo to use the services provided by Demo ("Service"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Services.

Blacklisted territories include: the Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Curaçao, France, the United States of America, the Syrian Arab Republic, the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and/or any other country or jurisdiction restricted by law. Playing on Demo is strictly prohibited in the above-mentioned blacklisted countries.
If it becomes evident that you are located in a restricted territory, we reserve the right to immediately close your account. Please review Section 15 of this Agreement for information on refunds following account closure.
The Services of Demo are intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older, who can lawfully enter into this Agreement, and who agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
By using a Demo account, you agree and confirm that you will use the Services solely for yourself and not on behalf of any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your Demo account. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to open an account for you, limit the number of accounts you may hold, or suspend or terminate any Demo account.

Demo reserves the right to request any KYC documentation deemed necessary to verify the identity and location of the User. You acknowledge and understand that there are risks associated with using services related to digital currencies, including but not limited to hardware, software, and internet connection failures, as well as risks of malicious software introduction. Demo shall not be held responsible for communication failures, system errors, malfunctions, or delays of any kind you may experience.
The risk of loss in digital currency services may be substantial, and losses may occur in a short period of time. Prices and liquidity are subject to unpredictable fluctuations.
Our wallet allows you to send, receive, and store funds.
Demo does not charge fees for storing funds in your gaming account.
However, Demo may charge fees for sending and receiving funds through your wallet. Any applicable fees will be displayed before payment.
No warranties are given regarding the availability of our Services. Services may be interrupted due to DDOS attacks, technical failures, maintenance, or liquidity shortages.

To ensure smooth operation of the Demo website and other services, we may delete all game history and other transaction data older than 1 month.

This Agreement and all matters related to it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Curaçao have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to this Agreement. Nothing prevents Demo from bringing proceedings in any other competent jurisdiction.
